Appropriates $219,000.00 from the State Board of Massage Therapy Fund for the Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015).

Requires the Board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and level of detail as Fiscal Year 2014, with future budget requests submitted in comparable format.

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when multiple bids are received with equal price, quality, and service, or when making purchases without competitive bids.

Effective July 1, 2014.
