Appropriates $382,032.00 to the State Board of Architecture and Landscape Architecture Advisory Committee for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions for the board.

Provides $1,000 salary increases for full-time employees earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received raises since July 1, 2010.

Restricts salary increases beyond $1,000 to a maximum of 5% for employees without raises since July 1, 2010, with exemptions for teacher increments, career ladder advancement, professional certifications, and positions specifically authorized by the Legislature.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format as fiscal year 2014 and submit budget requests in comparable detail to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee.
