Appropriates $954,150.00 from the Mississippi Fair Commission's special fund for the Dixie National Livestock Show at the State Fairgrounds in Jackson for fiscal year 2015.

Appropriates $178,253.00 from the State General Fund to support junior livestock roundup shows ($61,911.00), livestock premiums ($24,542.00), county livestock shows ($18,384.00), district livestock shows ($62,458.00), state dairy shows ($11,958.00), and the Mississippi High School Rodeo ($17,509.00).

Appropriates $50,000.00 for the NCHA Eastern National Championship.

Allocates $22,000.00 from the State General Fund and $20,000.00 transferred from the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for distribution across various livestock shows and rodeo programs.

Establishes that funds for district and state dairy shows must award at least 75% of premiums to 4-H Club and Smith-Hughes School members, with equal premium distribution for comparable grades and placings across all five district spring shows and five fall state dairy shows.
