Appropriates $1,907,757.00 from the State General Fund for expenses of the Governor's office and staff for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Appropriates $599,002.00 from the State Treasury to the Governor's office for operational expenses during the same fiscal year.

Authorizes 34 permanent full-time positions, 1 permanent part-time position, and 7 time-limited full-time positions for the Governor's office and staff.

Appropriates $547,455.00 from the State General Fund for operating expenses of the Governor's Mansion and residence, with 4 authorized permanent full-time positions.

Authorizes the Governor to accept and expend up to $350,000.00 from any source for Governor's Office expenses, and requires the Executive Department to maintain accounting records in the same format and detail as Fiscal Year 2014.
