Appropriates $5,650,484.00 from the State General Fund and $6,629,632.00 from special funds to the State Department of Audit for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015).

Authorizes 165 permanent full-time positions, 3 permanent part-time positions, and 14 time-limited full-time positions for the department.

Provides $1,000 salary increases for full-time employees (pro-rated for part-time) who have not received raises since July 1, 2010 and earn less than $30,000 annually as of June 30, 2014.

Establishes performance targets for fiscal year 2015 including 45 audits completed, 7,500 technical assistance inquiries, 60 performance audit reports, and $600,000 in embezzled/misspent funds to be recovered.

Authorizes the department to receive and expend up to $1,500,000 in additional funds from any source with Department of Finance and Administration approval, and allocates $30,000 for CPA review course fees for employees.
