• Appropriates $17,091,774.00 to the Office of the Secretary of State for fiscal year 2015 (July 1, 2014 - June 30, 2015), authorizing 98 permanent full-time and 11 time-limited full-time positions.

• Provides $1,000 salary increase for full-time employees (prorated for part-time) earning less than $30,000 annually who have not received a raise since July 1, 2010.
