Appropriates $1,300,000 from the State General Fund to the Elvis Presley Memorial Foundation for fiscal year 2014-2015.

Funds designated for completing Phase III of the "Master Plan 2000" at the Elvis Presley Birthplace, a 15-acre destination tourist attraction.

Phase III includes construction of a walking trail with narrative plaques about Elvis' boyhood, amphitheater grounds for performances, picnic pavilion with parking, public restrooms, and an overlook pavilion with transformational Elvis Presley statues.

Takes effect July 1, 2014.
