Authorizes the City of Waveland, Mississippi to hold municipal court sessions at a public building located outside city limits, within a twenty-mile radius of the city's boundaries

The authorization remains in effect until the city's governing authorities determine that appropriate space for municipal court has been obtained within the city

Grants discretion to the city's governing authorities to decide when and whether to utilize this outside-the-city court location option

Takes effect immediately upon passage
