Forrest County Agricultural High School "Aggies" defeated Lafayette County "Commodores" 21-6 on December 7, 2013, to win their first-ever Mississippi High School Activities Association Class 4A State Championship with a 13-2 record.

Senior running back Dontavian Lee (Mississippi State commit) had 3 receptions for 49 yards including a crucial 15-yard touchdown catch, while senior quarterback Carter Hankins threw for 154 yards with two touchdowns.

Coach Larry Dolan compiled 113 victories in 14 seasons at Forrest County Agricultural High School, the most in school history.

The Forrest County defense limited Lafayette to 18 passing yards and held them to 201 rushing yards on 37 carries.

The resolution recognizes and salutes the championship team, coaches, and staff, and directs the resolution be presented to Coach Dolan and School Superintendent Dr. Jerry J. Morgan.
