Commemorates the 35th year of the USA International Ballet Competition, held every four years in Jackson, Mississippi, with the 2014 competition scheduled for June 14-29.

Recognizes Sue Lobrano for 34 years of service as Executive Director since 1986, directing all operations, budget development, staff supervision, and international representation of the USA IBC.

Notes the competition's history beginning in 1979 with 70 dancers from 15 countries and receiving UNESCO International Theater Institute sanction; Congress designated Jackson as the official U.S. home for the competition in 1982.

Acknowledges the 2010 competition drew 100 competitors from 31 nations and generated $10.3 million in economic impact for the city and state.

Extends the state's gratitude to Sue Lobrano and the USA IBC Board of Trustees for enriching the lives of Mississippians through leadership of this world-renowned ballet event.
