Urges the Mississippi Congressional Delegation to oppose any such federal land acquisition plan

Aligns the Legislature's position with opposition expressed by the Mayor and Board of Aldermen of Yazoo City and the Supervisors of Yazoo County

Directs transmission of the resolution to the Mississippi Congressional Delegation, Yazoo City officials, and the Capitol Press Corps
