Mississippi applies for an Article V Constitutional Convention to propose an amendment requiring state legislature approval for any increase in federal debt.

The convention shall be entirely focused on and exclusively limited to proposing the federal debt amendment.

This application constitutes a continuing application until at least two-thirds of state legislatures submit applications for an equivalently limited amendments convention.

The Secretary of State shall transmit certified copies of this application to the U.S. President, Speaker of the House, Mississippi's Congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures.
