Amends Joint Rule No. 40 of the Mississippi Legislature to add a provision stating that the Legislature shall not convene on Easter Sunday.

The amendment designates the 83rd day of a 90-day session and the 118th day of a 125-day session as days when the Legislature will not meet, with the footnote specifying Easter Sunday as the non-convening day.

Preserves all existing legislative deadlines and procedures for bill processing, committee reports, and conference reports outlined in Joint Rule No. 40.

Requires a two-thirds vote of both the House and Senate membership present and voting to deviate from the established legislative schedule, including this Easter Sunday provision.
