Honors University of Mississippi Head Coach Billy Chadwick on his retirement after 34 years coaching Ole Miss tennis, including 30 years leading the men's program.

Recognizes Chadwick's achievement of taking the Rebels to 20 consecutive NCAA Team Tournament appearances beginning in 1995.

Notes Ole Miss tennis accomplishments under Chadwick: 18 SEC Team titles (including 5 overall SEC Championships, 10 Western Division titles, and 3 SEC Tournament Championships), 7 Top-Five national rankings, and 15 Top-10 rankings.

Acknowledges the 1995 NCAA Semifinal victory over Georgia as the defining moment for the program and its subsequent success.

Directs presentation of the resolution to Coach Chadwick and distribution to Chancellor Dan Jones, the Board of Trustees, and Capitol Press Corps.
