Officer Keith Crenshaw, age 52, was killed in the line of duty on October 23, 2013, while pursuing bank robbers in a high-speed chase spanning three counties.

Crenshaw served 10 years with the Eupora Police Department and was a certified Rescue Diver, volunteer firefighter, and member of a DUI enforcement organization.

Crenshaw is survived by six children and five grandchildren and was a lifelong Webster County resident.

The resolution commends Crenshaw's service and extends the Legislature's sympathy to his family and gratitude for his sacrifice.

The resolution directs that copies be presented to Crenshaw's family, the City of Eupora, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
