Expansion planned to reach approximately 10,000 members of the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians to address diabetes and obesity, the leading health issues affecting Native Americans

NBC producers attended the program's Grand Finale on August 9, 2013, and invited Pearl River Resort representatives to the Biggest Loser live finale taping in California on February 4, 2014

Directs the resolution to be presented to Pearl River Resort CEO Holly Gagnon and Tribal Chief Phyliss Anderson, forwarded to the Mississippi Department of Health, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps
