Permits wholesale motor vehicle dealers to purchase and use distinguishing tags, removing previous restrictions on this privilege.

Requires used and wholesale motor vehicle dealers to submit a corporate surety bond of $25,000 (or $100,000 for multi-location applicants) with their license applications.

Mandates that new, used, and wholesale motor vehicle dealers maintain blanket motor vehicle liability insurance covering vehicles operated on public streets and inventory, with proof required before license approval.

Effective July 1, 2015.
