Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to allow erection of two markers designating the Chickasa-Leaf Barn Quilt Trail, with locations at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 98 and Highway 57 North (near McLain) and at the intersection of Highway 57 South and Highway 63 South (in Leakesville).

Specifies that the Mississippi Department of Transportation is not responsible for erecting or maintaining the Chickasa-Leaf Barn Quilt Trail markers.

Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to allow erection of markers recognizing the Military Order of the Purple Heart at state highway entrances in Mississippi counties, limited to four markers per county.

Exempts the Mississippi Department of Transportation from purchasing, erecting, or maintaining the Purple Heart markers, but permits the Transportation Commission to establish rules and regulations for marker placement; marker size is limited to two feet by two feet, and local governing authorities may assist but are not required to do so.

Takes effect upon passage.
