Requires the Mississippi Transportation Commission to have the Department of Transportation install, operate, maintain, control, and have full jurisdiction over traffic signal lights at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 305 and Bethel Road in DeSoto County.

Designates the traffic signals as part of the State Highway System of Mississippi under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Transportation Commission for construction and maintenance.

Authorizes state expense funding for the installation and operation of the traffic signals.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
