Amends Mississippi Code Section 63-7-59 to authorize county sheriffs and deputy sheriffs to enforce window tint violations, in addition to existing enforcement by the Mississippi Department of Public Safety and municipal law enforcement officers.

Maintains existing window tint requirements that prohibit tinting unless windows have at least 28% light transmittance and display a compliance label, or the vehicle owner has a medical exemption certificate.

Enforcement authority is limited to public roads, streets, and highways under the law enforcement officer's jurisdiction.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
