Designates a segment of Mississippi Highway 30 in Union and Lafayette Counties, from the intersection with County Road 14 to County Road 229, as the "William Faulkner Scenic Byway"

Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to allow erection of two markers for the Chickasa-Leaf Barn Quilt Trail at specified intersections near McLain and Leakesville, with the Department of Transportation having no responsibility for installation or maintenance

Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to allow up to four markers per county recognizing the Military Order of the Purple Heart at state highway entrances, with marker size limited to 2 feet by 2 feet and no state responsibility for costs or maintenance

Amends Section 65-41-69 to add a fourth segment (Robertson Gin Road Extension Branch) to the Delta Bluffs Scenic Byway in DeSoto County, extending from U.S. Highway 51 in Hernando south to Arkabutla Lake
