Adds a fourth segment to the Delta Bluffs Scenic Byway called the "Robertson Gin Road Extension Branch" in DeSoto County

The new segment begins at the intersection of Mississippi Highway 51 and Commerce Street, continuing south to Oak Grove Road, west to Robinson Gin Road, south to Wheeler Road, and west to Hernando Point at Arkabutla Lake

Amends Section 65-41-69 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to change the byway from three segments to four segments

Takes effect immediately upon passage
