Amends Section 63-7-11 of the Mississippi Code to require vehicle headlights to be operated during sunset to sunrise and whenever precipitation or other conditions necessitate the use of windshield wipers.

Prohibits vehicle operators from using only parking lights or auxiliary driving lamps during times when headlights are required by law.

Establishes a misdemeanor penalty of a fine not to exceed $25.00 for violations of the headlight requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
