Amends Mississippi Code sections 63-1-35 and 45-35-3 to expand the "Vet" designation on driver's licenses and identification cards to any person honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces, not just those meeting the federal definition of veteran.

Requires applicants requesting the "Vet" designation to present a DD-214 or equivalent document with notation from the State Veterans Affairs Board or Adjutant General confirming honorable discharge status.

The "Vet" designation applies to new, renewal, or duplicate driver's licenses, temporary driving permits, intermediate licenses, commercial driver's licenses, and identification cards.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
