Repeals sections 63-13-1 through 63-13-29 of Mississippi Code, which required annual safety inspections of motor vehicles and issuance of inspection certificates.

Amends Section 63-1-33 to remove the requirement for inspection certificates during driver's license examination by striking references to "inspection certificate" from vehicle inspection procedures.

Amends Section 63-7-59 to remove provisions related to motor vehicle inspection labels and certificates for window tinting compliance, eliminating the $5.00 inspection fee for tinted window testing.

Renumbers remaining subsections in Section 63-7-59 to reflect the removal of inspection-related provisions while maintaining medical exemption certificate requirements for window tinting.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
