Adds definition of "online pharmacy" to Mississippi Telephone Solicitation Act to include entities that deliver, distribute, or dispense controlled substance prescriptions via the Internet.

Requires online pharmacies to purchase and use the "no-calls" database, prohibiting them from calling consumers who have registered objections to telephone solicitations.

Removes exemption for online pharmacies from the Telephone Solicitation Act even if they have an established business relationship with a consumer.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
