Requires motor vehicles operated in Mississippi to display an insurance sticker on the lower, driver's side of the front windshield as proof of liability insurance coverage.

Mandates insurance companies issue an insurance sticker along with an insurance card when a motor vehicle liability insurance policy becomes effective.

Makes failure to maintain the insurance sticker on the vehicle a misdemeanor punishable by a $500 fine and one-year suspension of driving privileges, reducible to $100 if proof of insurance is later shown.

Allows law enforcement officers to verify both the insurance card and sticker during traffic stops or roadblocks, but prohibits stops based solely on missing sticker unless part of a roadblock.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
