Amends Section 11-46-1 of the Mississippi Code to expand the definition of "employee" under the Tort Claims Act to include employees and members of the Mississippi Charter School Authorizer Board.

Extends tort claims protection to employees and members of the governing boards of charter schools, excluding independent contractors providing goods or services to charter schools.

Includes members of the Personal Service Contract Review Board within the scope of employee protections under the Tort Claims Act.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
