Amends Section 65-37-13 of Mississippi Code to increase mandatory appropriations to the Local System Bridge Replacement and Rehabilitation Fund beginning in calendar year 2015.

Starting with the 2015 regular legislative session and each session thereafter, the Legislature shall appropriate $60,000,000 from the State General Fund annually if General Fund revenue growth is 2% or more for the succeeding fiscal year.

Changes the appropriation amount from the previous $20,000,000 requirement (for years 2001-2014) to the new $60,000,000 amount, a $40,000,000 increase.

Fund monies may only be used for bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects on local road systems, allocated to counties according to formulas in Section 65-37-3, with unexpended balances carried forward to the next fiscal year.

Takes effect upon passage.
