Establishes a salary schedule for Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol sworn officers effective July 1, 2015, with base salaries ranging from $38,000 for Troopers to $112,000 for Colonels.

Provides experience-based salary increases for officers at various ranks, with higher pay for those exceeding 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, and 29 years of service depending on rank.

Maps state job classifications to patrol ranks (e.g., DPS-Highway Patrol Officer I equals Trooper, DPS-Deputy Administrator equals Lt. Colonel) to determine applicable salary levels.

Requires the State Personnel Board to adjust the entire salary scale by the same percentage or dollar amount whenever the Legislature grants across-the-board raises to other state General Fund employees.

Directs the Department of Public Safety to provide necessary employment data to the Legislative Budget Office and State Fiscal Officer to ensure proper budget allocation and compensation disbursement.
