Allows drivers with visual impairment in one eye to obtain a commercial driver's license if they otherwise meet all qualifications for issuance.

Requires annual physical examinations by an ophthalmologist or optometrist confirming the driver meets federal standards under 49 CFR 391.41 and maintains at least 20/40 (Snellen) vision in the better eye.

Mandates drivers provide copies of ophthalmologist or optometrist reports to the medical examiner annually and to their employer for the driver's qualification file.

Restricts commercial driving privileges to Mississippi state boundaries only through an endorsement on the commercial driver's license.

Takes effect upon passage.
