Defines "autocycle" as a three-wheeled motorcycle with a complete enclosure, roll cage or roll bar, automotive controls, and seat belts.

Exempts autocycles from the motorcycle helmet requirement under Section 63-7-64.

Exempts autocycles from the requirement to obtain a motorcycle endorsement on a driver's license under Section 63-1-6.

Clarifies that autocycles are treated as motor vehicles rather than motorcycles for purposes of licensing, seat belt requirements, and commercial driver's license endorsements.

Effective date: July 1, 2015.
