Authorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags to Mississippi residents identifying them as supporters of the Mississippi Bat Working Group upon payment of an additional $30 fee annually.

Tax collectors retain $2 of each $30 fee for the county general fund; remaining $28 remitted monthly to Department of Revenue.

Fee distribution from State Treasurer: $24 to Mississippi Bat Working Group, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement distinctive license tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5% for county general fund and remainder distributed per regular tag distribution formula.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
