Permits beer manufacturers with a maximum capacity of 200,000 barrels annually to sell limited amounts of beer on brewery premises during brewery tours.

Restricts on-premises beer sales to 3 gallons per individual per 24-hour period and limits total annual on-premises sales to 10,000 barrels per year.

Requires beer sold on brewery premises to be manufactured in Mississippi, priced at or above local market rates, and not sold to persons under 21 years of age.

Allows breweries to own and operate brewpubs within the same municipality as their principal place of business on separate premises, provided both facilities comply with state and federal law and the three-tier distribution system.

Effective July 1, 2015.
