Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive motor vehicle license tags identifying them as supporters of Wilkinson County High School upon payment of standard taxes and an additional $30 fee.

Distributes the $30 additional fee as follows: $24 to Wilkinson County High School, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to the State Highway Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

County tax collectors retain $2 from each fee for the county general fund and process applications through the Department of Revenue on a monthly basis.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed according to the standard fee distribution formula.

Takes effect July 1, 2015 and applies to registrations commencing on or after that date.
