Requires noncustodial parents to pay at least one-half of necessary and reasonable child care expenses in the custodial parent's area when required for the custodial parent to seek or retain employment, attend or continue college, technical school, or vocational training.

Applies this child care cost-sharing requirement to all child support orders issued under sections 93-5-23, 93-11-65, and 43-19-101.

Modifies the criteria for overcoming child support guideline presumptions to account for situations where the custodial parent pays child care expenses exceeding one-half of reasonable costs.

Establishes that the custodial parent is responsible for paying at least one-half of child care expenses as a baseline expectation in support determinations.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
