Increases the filing fee for petitions to expunge an offense from $150.00 to $152.00 under Mississippi Code Section 99-19-72.

Redirects $2.00 of each expungement petition filing fee to a newly created Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund.

Maintains existing fee distributions: $100.00 to Judicial System Operation Fund, $40.00 to District Attorneys Operation Fund, and $10.00 retained by circuit clerk for administration.

Establishes the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation Fund as a special state treasury fund to be administered by the Mississippi Center for Legal Services Corporation for legal service centers throughout the state.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
