Establishes the Statewide Law Enforcement Incident Report and Jail Booking System Task Force to expand the statewide Crash Reporting System and Domestic Violence Incident Reporting System through ReportBeam-Visual Statement.

Task force membership comprises 12 representatives appointed by August 1, 2015, including designees from the Mississippi Sheriffs' Association, Police Chiefs' Association, Department of Public Safety, Attorney General's Office, Bureau of Narcotics, Governor, Law Enforcement Officers' Training Academy, Detention Officers' Association, Association of Supervisors, Prosecutor's Association, Bail Agents Association, and Municipal League.

Requires task force to hold at least three meetings beginning no later than September 1, 2015, with all meetings open to the public and subject to the Open Meetings Act.

Task force must file a report with the legislature by November 1, 2016, including an expansion plan, estimated costs for implementation and training, recommended legislation for 2017, and other relevant issues.

Task force receives administrative support from the Department of Public Safety's Division of Public Safety Planning and automatically repeals on July 1, 2017.
