Adds justice court judges to the definition of "judicial office" under the Nonpartisan Judicial Election Act, making them subject to nonpartisan election procedures rather than party nominations.

Sets the filing fee for justice court judge candidates at $15.00, the same as county court judges and family court judges, to be paid to the circuit clerk of the proper county.

Removes justice court judges from party nomination procedures by striking them from Section 23-15-297, which governs candidate filing fees for primary elections.

Effective July 1, 2015.
