Removes the requirement for the Administrative Office of the Courts to approve county court administrators' salaries and handle their compensation

County court administrators' salaries will be paid directly by participating counties in the same manner as other county employees

Circuit and chancery court administrators remain under the existing system, with salaries submitted to the Administrative Office of Courts for approval and paid in 12 monthly installments

Counties with chancery or circuit court administrators must transfer one-twelfth of their pro rata share of compensation costs to the Administrative Office of Courts by the 20th of each month
