Amends Mississippi Code Section 45-9-101 to exempt 100% disabled individuals from firearm license fees and renewal fees for concealed pistols, revolvers, and stun guns.

Defines 100% disabled individuals as those adjudicated by the Social Security Administration and shown on their current year disability letter.

Applies exemption to both initial license fees ($100) and renewal fees ($50), matching existing exemptions for honorably retired law enforcement officers and disabled veterans.

Effective July 1, 2015.
