Increases salary for circuit and chancery court reporters by 20%, from $40,500/$43,500/$46,000 to $48,600/$52,200/$55,200 based on experience levels, effective July 1, 2015.

Increases salary for county court reporters by 20%, from $24,000 to $28,800 minimum, effective July 1, 2015.

Court reporters in circuit, chancery, and county courts will receive automatic salary increases equal to the percentage increase their judge receives, starting July 1, 2015.

Brings forward sections 9-9-11, 9-13-15, 9-13-17, and 25-3-35 of Mississippi Code regarding county judge salaries and court reporter appointments for possible future amendment.
