Attorney General shall create a standard petition for dismissal form for expungement and make it available to all courts and on the Attorney General's website.

Judges may review expungement petitions and either grant expungement, deny with stated reasons, or schedule a hearing with notice to petitioner.

Amends existing expungement statutes (Sections 99-19-71, 99-15-59, 99-15-123, 99-15-57, and 21-23-7) to require use of the standard petition form for all expungement requests.

Establishes a $150 filing fee for expungement petitions under Section 99-19-71, distributed as $100 to Judicial System Operation Fund, $40 to District Attorneys Operation Fund, and $10 to circuit clerk.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
