Increases the uniform fee charged per court case in justice court by $10.00 for both civil and criminal cases, effective July 1, 2015.

Allows justice court to impose fees up to $50.00 for expungement or dismissal of criminal affidavits, complaints, or charges.

Justice court judges may receive up to $25.00 per marriage ceremony performed in the courtroom or offices during public hours, with gratuities allowed for ceremonies outside courtroom/office hours.

Brings forward several existing statutes (Sections 9-11-10, 9-11-18, 9-11-19, 9-11-21, 25-3-36, and 99-19-73) related to justice court operations, clerk procedures, and state assessments on criminal and traffic violations for purposes of codification.
