Amends Section 63-25-3 of the Mississippi Code to include all-terrain vehicles and off-road vehicles within the definition of "motor vehicle" under the Motor Vehicle Chop Shop, Stolen and Altered Property Act.

Clarifies that all-terrain vehicles and off-road vehicles are subject to the same prohibitions against altering, defacing, or destroying vehicle identification numbers as traditional motor vehicles.

Expands the scope of the chop shop law to cover illegal operations involving all-terrain vehicles and off-road vehicles, including altering, disassembling, or storing stolen or fraudulently obtained vehicles of these types.

Effective July 1, 2015.
