Amends Section 83-39-3 of Mississippi Code to clarify the geographic service area restrictions for bail agents who are relatives of law enforcement or judicial officials.

Restricts relatives of law enforcement or judicial officials from writing bonds in the applicable municipality where a municipal official serves, the applicable county where a county official serves, and the applicable area served by a state law official.

Defines "relative" as spouse, parent, grandparent, child, sister, brother, or consanguineous aunt, uncle, niece or nephew, with license revocation as the penalty for violation.

Effective date is July 1, 2015.
