Specifies that violations under the Mississippi Implied Consent Law can only be nonadjudicated under the specific provisions of Section 63-11-30, which governs DUI cases

Maintains existing exclusions from nonadjudication eligibility, including crimes against persons, violent crimes, repeat offenders, and controlled substance trafficking charges

Preserves court authority to impose conditions such as restitution, up to 960 hours of community service, fines, and treatment programs for eligible offenses
