Adds a $1.00 assessment to the Mississippi Legal Services fund for traffic violations, implied consent law violations, game and fish violations, other misdemeanors, and other felonies.

Increases total state assessments on traffic violations to $91.50 through June 30, 2015, and $89.62 from July 1, 2015 onward by adding the Mississippi Legal Services assessment.

Increases total state assessments on implied consent law violations to $244.50 and game and fish violations to $90.00 by adding the $1.00 Mississippi Legal Services assessment.

Increases total state assessments on other misdemeanors to $122.75 and other felonies to $281.50 by adding the $1.00 Mississippi Legal Services assessment.

Assessments are collected by courts and deposited monthly with the State Treasurer, with allocations distributed to appropriate special funds by the Department of Finance and Administration.
