Lowers the standard renewal fee from $50 to $37

Decreases the renewal fee for Mississippi residents aged 65 and older from $25 to $15

Maintains existing exemptions from fees for honorably retired law enforcement officers and disabled veterans

Effective date of July 1, 2015
