Amends Mississippi Code Section 89-1-509 to require disclosure of methamphetamine laboratory existence on real property before the property may be sold.

Mandates that the disclosure form used for property transfers include a requirement to disclose any meth lab presence on the property.

The Mississippi Real Estate Commission determines the structure and composition of the disclosure form.

Takes effect July 1, 2015.
